I've read a lot of funny stories online about students making really stupid mistakes on tests or just completely embarrassing themselves with their ignorance, and I'm sure you have too. I personally love reading about people making fools of themselves, and was even more excited when I got to witness this stupidity first-hand.
I am doing an online class called "Childhood Development" and the big project due this semester was a PowerPoint presentation. The guidelines were pretty straightforward:
- Research one major health issue for children ages of 5 years and 12 years.
- Compare the health of the children in the USA with one other developing country or region.
Simple enough, right?
Anyway, we have to post our PPTs on in a folder that is public for all of our classmates. I was curious to see the work of my peers and downloaded the ones that had been uploaded.
Apparently, Germany, Canada and Australia are developing countries according to some of my classmates.
Seriously. There's just some shit you can't make up.
